Hilson Filtration Products Ltd designs and manufactures flat dalamatic and multi-pocket filter inserts for bespoke and OEM systems.
For the more common designs, standard sizes are held in stock for immediate/overnight delivery. Inserts are available in pre-galvanized mild steel and can be manufactured to suit any size or design.

The key design features of the flat dalamatic cage include:
- W-Section profile for the insert frame allowing ease of bag insertion and high strength
- Slide together assembly to minimise weld and potential snagging, thereby maximising the wear-life of the filter bag
- Electrophoretic Coating (EPC) giving a smooth, low abrasion finish which will withstand up to 200°C with excellent corrosion resistance against acid/alkaline environments.
